Summit Carbon Solutions is spearheading the world’s largest biogenic carbon removal and storage project.
This initiative captures biogenic CO2 emissions from 58 biorefineries across the Midwest United States and transports the captured carbon to North Dakota’s stable geological formations for secure, long-term storage. This project will not only produce affordable, megaton scale carbon removal, but will enable the development of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) markets through the availability of key feedstocks for both the Ethanol-to-Jet (ETJ) and Power-to-Liquids (PtL) production pathways.
