Louis Redshaw

Founder & CEO

Louis is a pioneering leader in global carbon markets with over 20 years’ history as a market expert and innovator. Formerly heading Barclays Bank’s environmental markets team, he spearheaded key initiatives, such as standardising trading contracts for CERs and CCAs.  
 
A trusted advisor to governments, regulators and businesses, Louis has been instrumental in shaping the landscape of carbon trading, advocating for transparency, integrity and best practices. His dedication to realising effective solutions has helped steer and secure the future of global carbon markets. 

Tom Lord

Head of Trading & Risk Management

With 20 years’ experience in global carbon markets, Tom Lord has a deep understanding of his customers’ requirements in global compliance, voluntary and renewable energy markets.  
 
Previously at Barclays Capital for 8 years and with Redshaw Advisors since its foundation, he has advised multiple governments and the European Commission on carbon market design with a particular focus on liquidity.
